Microsoft will invest a billion dollars in Poland. The American corporation will make the largest investment in the IT industry in Polish history!
Microsoft Corporation is an American technology company that mainly deals with the creation, production and support of computer software, computers, and other related services. Microsoft has started cooperation with the Polish National Cloud. The founders of National Cloud are PKO Bank Polski and the Polish Development Fund.
– Poland can be the technological heart of Europe – said the general director of Microsoft Poland Mark Loughran, reports the portal biznes.wprost.pl. Microsoft will invest in the largest data centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Microsoft and National Cloud cooperation is only part of the Polish Digital Valley project.
The new data centre will be built in the capital of Poland – Warsaw or outside the city. In addition to construction, the American company will also invest in cloud adoption, training for programmers, engineers, architects, and certification programs.
